Total War: Warhammer 3 Hotfix 4.0.3 – Addressing Player Concerns
Creative Assembly’s continuous commitment to Total War: Warhammer 3 post-launch support
A Response to Community Feedback
After the release of the Shadows of Change DLC and update 4.0, Total War: Warhammer 3 faced backlash from the gaming community. This included review bombings due to a pricing increase in the latest expansion and concerns about the game’s technical state. Additionally, low player numbers after the DLC’s release highlighted player dissatisfaction.
In response to these concerns, Creative Assembly has taken action by releasing a series of hotfixes. This marks a departure from their previous approach, where only one hotfix was typically issued, leaving many bugs unresolved for extended periods. While trust between players and Creative Assembly has been strained, the development team is actively working to rebuild that trust.
